We all have different ranks, positions, titles and responsibilities but at the end of the day we all serve one purpose. This purpose is to ensure our customer’s needs are satisfied. By providing great customer service you will not only ensure the customers’ success but also the organizations. Our ITS department renders better customer service for which we are paid to make certain our students are left with a great perception about us.  This session will equip you with the resources to achieve this by providing top notch technical support, training and various methods of engagement. Every semester we provide training modules on security, computer essentials and everyday technology to ensure our students are keeping up with the latest’s trends, tools and dangers that technology has to offer. We engage our students via radio “Tech Talks” and Facebook Live sessions to provide additional resources for their educational and career success.  Let’s discuss how great customer service has a positive impact for our university, reinforces the threads that govern your technology fabric and creates technology partners throughout the campus.
